A modular house consists of prefabricated room units that are manufactured entirely in our workshop and then delivered to the construction site by truck.
There, the modules are assembled in a matter of hours – precisely, cleanly and regardless of the weather.
Our wooden modules meet the highest standards of structural integrity, energy efficiency and sound insulation.
Ideal for residential buildings, holiday homes, offices or extensions.

Advantages of a modular house
Fast construction time
Up to 80% of the work is carried out in the factory. This allows us to reduce the construction time to just a few weeks.
Precision through CNC manufacturing
Hundegger manufacturing, modern CAD/CAM planning (Dietrich's, Frilo, Ubakus).
Sustainability
Wood reduces CO₂, improves the indoor climate and is completely recyclable.
Planning reliability
Fixed costs, clear deadlines, minimal construction time on site.
Flexible floor plans
One module – many possibilities: living modules, bathroom modules, technical modules and much more.
How we build your modular house
Consulting & design
Together, we define the floor plan, use, energy requirements and budget.
Statics & planning
We work with Dietrich's, Frilo, Ubakus and AutoCAD.
Production of the modules
CNC manufacturing on Hundegger systems, accurate to the millimetre.
Transport to the construction site
Modules are delivered by lorry.
Assembly in a few hours
Erection by crane, connection to technical systems – done.
Handover
Ready to move in – fast, clean and reliable.

Modern living space made from wooden modules: energy-efficient, flexible and ready to move into in no time.
